These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of T-UnLock’s payments.
Services will only be processed after payment has been made. Once payment has been completed, the customer will receive a confirmation message at the e-mail address indicated on the request form.
T-UnLock reserves the right to refuse to process a request at any time if there is any suspicion of illegal or fraudulent activities involved.
Definition – Unlocking services for supported models
The unlocking services for the supported models are offered by T-UnLock to its customers is through our custom application which customer can download it from www.t-unlock.com website.
The request will be submitted and the payment processed through the www.t-unlock.com website and then T-UnLock will send the username & password that has the paid credits balance to the customer by email within 24/h.
Customer must check that mobile model he/she want to unlock is supported from (supported models) page in www.t-unlock.com
T-UnLock offers customers a loyalty program in the form of T-UnLock”Credits”.
Customers will be able to receive “Credits” within 24/h upon receiving payment, placing a request, recommending services, and taking part in contests and promotions held by T-UnLock:
The program conditions are as follows:
- “Credits” are to be redeemed upon purchasing services from T-UnLock.
- “Credits” only be used through custom application offered by T-UnLock.
- Purchases of T-UnLock services that are paid for partially or totally with “Credits” will not issue additional “Credits”.
- “Credits” have a validity of one year after the date of issue.
- “Credits” duplicated deduction due to unprofessional used T-UnLock can return it only if it is first time only.
T-UnLock withholds the right to single-handedly cancel any requests deemed to be using “Credits” without respecting the program’s conditions, and not return the available credits to the user’s account.
